ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY


1. ORDER CANCELLATION

Please do not worry. If you wish to cancel your order, you may do so within 4 hours of placing the order.

After this time, your order may already be processed and cannot be cancelled.


2. HOW TO CANCEL YOUR ORDER

To request cancellation, please:

Include the following details:

  • Order number

  • Registered name

  • Reason for cancellation


3. REORDERING AFTER CANCELLATION

If you cancel an order and wish to place a new one, you can do so anytime.

Please note:

  • The new order will be processed as a fresh order

  • Product availability and price may vary at the time of reorder


4. REFUND POLICY (FOR PREPAID ORDERS)

If your order has been successfully cancelled:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method

  • Refunds may take up to 10 working days, depending on your bank or payment gateway


5. CASH ON DELIVERY (COD) ORDERS

We reserve the right to cancel COD orders in the following cases:

  • Fake or incomplete address

  • Call not answered for confirmation

  • Non-serviceable location

  • Product unavailability


6. COD DELIVERY RESTRICTIONS

We do not deliver COD orders to:

  • Banks

  • Shopping malls

  • Food courts

  • Bus stands

  • Airports

  • Hospitals

  • Temples

  • Railway stations


7. NON-SERVICEABLE LOCATIONS

COD may not be available in:

  • North East India

  • Andaman & Nicobar Islands

  • Leh region

Delivery is available only to valid residential or commercial addresses.
