Once your payment is successful, you will receive:

  • Payment confirmation

  • Order confirmation

2. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We also offer Cash on Delivery (COD).

  • A ₹100 additional charge is applicable on COD orders

  • This charge is non-refundable

2. PAYMENT SECURITY

  • We do not store your card details, CVV, or banking information

  • All transactions are processed through secure and encrypted payment gateways

  • Your payment details are accessible only to you and the payment gateway provider

3. FAILED TRANSACTIONS

If your payment is deducted but the order is not confirmed:

  • This may happen due to a technical issue

  • The deducted amount is usually automatically refunded by the payment gateway

4. REFUND TIMELINE

  • Refunds for failed transactions are typically processed within 5–7 business days

  • The exact time depends on your bank or payment provider
